As the wheel turns we come to the second of the three harvest festivals, Mabon, the Autumn/Fall Equinox. This is a time of plenty, of balance, of light being overtaken by darkness, a time when most crops have been gathered, it is a time for thanksgiving, and a time for community. During this ritual we will be focusing on the bonds of friendship within the community and carrying those bonds with us through the winter. After the ritual the sense of community will be carried into our feasting together. As we feast I invite everyone to bring a story, poem, song, joke, artwork, or toast/boast to share. Come join us as we celebrate in our community together.

Celebrate the Circle (CTC) will meet in the sanctuary at the UU Congregation of Hillsborough at 5:00PM with the ritual beginning at 5:30PM. Please bring food to share for the feast afterwards! Directions to UUCH can be found on our Directions page (http://www.celebratethecircle.org/directions).
